The first time that I figured out how the traditional equation E=MC^2 I have to admit that I was tremendously inspired. My mind not only was blown, but it made my heart simply ache at the simplicity and awe that was in one man's mind and in a new moment I fell in love with the nature of understanding, I fell in love all over again with science.
Thus, this was a painting that I wanted to create for a little while. An Abstract / Cubist / Surreal type landscape with the mathematical equations hovering over it. This isn't the only idea I have in this respect, I will be making more. Lots more paintings around this idea.
For now, this one is done and I am super happy with how it came out. The Painting itself was done in acrylic paint, except for the equations. Those where done in oil paints with fine detail brushes.
Its final size is about 22" by 22" on stretched canvas.
